My background includes leading growth and communications in fast-paced environments, advising creative companies, and supporting sustainable business models. I’ve also studied philosophy, business and heritage, which gives me a broader lens for working with ambiguity, complexity, and change.
My work is not about surface-level fixes. It’s about asking the right questions, staying practical, and building from something real.

Before stepping into independent advisory work, I held roles such as:
- Creative Growth Lead in sustainability tech
- Creative Strategist in brand and culture-driven agencies
- Sustainability Consultant supporting purpose-led business
- Writer and storyteller for organizations clarifying their voice
I've supported startup founders, creative projects, and boards with experience in both early-stage development and longer-term strategic evolution. Past collaborations include companies like Freska, Bob W, and a range of Nordic creative and sustainability-focused teams.
I currently serve as a board member of the Finnish Association of Women and Feminist Philosophers, and as a student representative on the Board of Philosophy at the University of Helsinki,
